Shipping Policy

🚚 1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all districts in Sri Lanka.

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

🛒 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Colombo & Suburbs 1–2 working days
Western Province 2–3 working days
Other Provinces 3–5 working days
Remote/Rural Areas Up to 7 days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.

Less than Rs. 5,000 Rs. 250 – Rs. 400 (based on location)
Express/Same-Day Delivery Extra charge (shown at checkout)

📦 5. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners including:

  • Domex
  • Grasshoppers
  • Citypak
  • Koombiyo & other local services

Delivery is door-to-door. In rare cases, pickup from a nearby courier hub may be required.

🔍 6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order via the courier website or our Order Tracking page.

🛑 7. Missed Delivery or Delays

  • If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt again or contact you.
  • After two failed attempts, the item may return to Deukmart and re-delivery charges may apply.

📤 8. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on warehouse location. You will be notified accordingly.
