🔄 Returns
- You can return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Certain products (such as personal care items, earbuds, and software) cannot be returned due to hygiene or licensing reasons.

💳 Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or wrong product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
⚠️ Exceptions
- Products on special discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for return unless defective.
