Return Policy

🔁 Eligible Return Items

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products upon delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong size, color, or model)
  • Items significantly different from the product description

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

⏱ Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
  4. Return the item via courier or arrange pickup (where eligible).
  5. After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Deukmart error.

🔄 Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or replacement item based on availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.
  • Deukmart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions.
  • If your item is ineligible for return, we will notify you by email or phone.
