Return Policy

🔁 Eligible Return Items
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective products upon delivery
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong size, color, or model)
- Items significantly different from the product description
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments and personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Digital downloads or software
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
⏱ Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

- Provide your Order ID, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
- Return the item via courier or arrange pickup (where eligible).
- After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Deukmart error.
🔄 Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or replacement item based on availability.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.
- Deukmart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions.
- If your item is ineligible for return, we will notify you by email or phone.
