💳 1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, AMEX
  • Bank Transfers – Via major Sri Lankan banks (details shown at checkout)
  • Mobile Wallets – eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi, Genie, and more
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in selected areas

🔐 2. Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card or banking information.
  • Deukmart complies with global PCI DSS security standards.

🧾 3. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your order and payment details. If there is an issue with your payment, our support team will contact you for assistance.

🕐 4. Payment Timeframe

  • Bank Transfer: Please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. Email your payment receipt to info@deukmart.lk.
  • COD Orders: Full payment must be made to the courier upon delivery. Refusal to pay may result in future order restrictions.

💸 5. Refunds for Payments

  • If an item is cancelled, returned, or out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Try using a different payment method or contact your bank.
