Return & Exchange Policy
🔁 Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
- Some items (e.g., undergarments, perishables, digital products) are non-returnable.
Accepted Reasons for Return:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Received a wrong item
- Product is significantly different from its description
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at info@deukmart.lk or call +94 77 078 1426
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged
- Our team will guide you through the return process
Return Pickup:
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange free pickup.
- For other returns, return shipping charges may apply.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection.
- Refunds issued via original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for eligible items in cases of:
- Size or variant issues (if the requested replacement is available)
- Defective or incorrect products
Steps to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Explain the reason and specify the desired replacement
- Our team will confirm availability and arrange pickup/delivery
❗ Important Notes
- Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
- Do not return products without prior communication with our team.
- If we cannot fulfill your exchange request, we may issue a refund instead.
