🔁 Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
  • Some items (e.g., undergarments, perishables, digital products) are non-returnable.

Accepted Reasons for Return:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Received a wrong item
  • Product is significantly different from its description

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Return Pickup:

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange free pickup.
  • For other returns, return shipping charges may apply.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection.
  • Refunds issued via original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible items in cases of:

  • Size or variant issues (if the requested replacement is available)
  • Defective or incorrect products

Steps to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Explain the reason and specify the desired replacement
  3. Our team will confirm availability and arrange pickup/delivery

❗ Important Notes

  • Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Do not return products without prior communication with our team.
  • If we cannot fulfill your exchange request, we may issue a refund instead.
